TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APPOINTMENT BOOKING

Welcome to Permian Studio Micropigmentation. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

All appointments must be scheduled through our website, social media, phone, or in person.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment, which will be applied to the total service cost.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

2. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT METHODS
To confirm an appointment, a deposit of $[Amount] must be made, depending on the selected service.
Payments can be made via [specify payment methods, e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash, etc.].
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the procedure.

3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.
If you cancel within less than 48 hours or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Only one reschedule per appointment is allowed at no additional charge.

4. PUNCTUALITY POLICY

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

5. REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY

We do not perform micropigmentation on individuals with:
Skin conditions in the treatment area.
Severe keloid scarring.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Use of blood thinners or medical conditions such as uncontrolled diabetes.
If you are unsure about your eligibility, schedule a consultation appointment before proceeding with the treatment.

6. PRE- AND POST-TREATMENT CARE

Before your appointment, you will receive specific preparation instructions. Following them is crucial for optimal results.
After the procedure, we will provide you with post-treatment care guidelines. Permian Studio Micropigmentation is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to failure to follow these instructions.

7. REFUND POLICY

Deposits and services already performed are non-refundable.
If you require adjustments or touch-ups, they must be done within the time specified by the specialist and may incur additional costs.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

All information provided by our clients is confidential and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
